Wow I haven't written a journal entry in over 9000 years...

So a lot has happened since the formal, clearly. Fourth term started. A very short term, followed by three weeks of our final, veeeery important exams. I'm on the third week of those now, which includes the last four exams (out of 15, mind you), two on Monday and two on Friday. So at this point in time I've only got my two French exams left to go. I refuse to do any more than a brief skim over my vocab notes >w< French is eaaaaasy *famous last words, I'll bet*

I'm participating in NaNoWriMo, though that was kind of a stupid idea because of the exams >w< Once they're over I'm charging into it at full speed. Gah, with only ten days left *laughs* Not gunna happen, I'm afraid. Next year though, for sure! Although I /will/ be in uni then, maybe probably.

Huh, and there's the big year 12 celebration in the tourism precint. I didn't go pay a bazillion dollars like the rest to rent out an apartment, but I do plan to go in a few times during the day and maybe stay in with some friends one night, laughing as they drink themselves stupid. Huh, my parents both said at my age they would've been gung-ho on the whole idea...I didn't think I was missing out on anything but now I sort of do. Then again, quite a number of my friends aren't going anyway. At least not to my knowledge. Ah well, such is life. I will experience this celebration, but without the massive amounts of money being spent! Mwahahahaha!!!

I'm just not a drinker, it seems >w< Oh boo hoo.


PS. I shall return to the writing/drawing/living circuit after November 20th (when exams are done). Whee! Graduation is on that Friday too!


PPS. I'm gunna fly on a plane for the first time in early December >D Going to Sydney to visit my cousin and see the sights. I can't wait to check out the Chinatown there. If the one in Brisbane is impressive, this one is apparently HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE, so I assume impressiveness will also increase as a result! *squeals* Can't wait!!


PPS. I just recently finished the first Brent Weeks novel "The Way of Shadows", and it was awesome!! I've just started reading the second book "Shadow's Edge". I highly recommend them! So far they've been a treat to read! It's fast paced, but the book is surprisingly looooong. Took me ages to finish. Though perhaps I did need to study between then...
